Occupancy Standards
- 2 people per bedroom plus one
One-bedroom max occupancy is 3 people
Two-bedroom max occupancy is 5 people
Three-bedroom max occupancy is 7 people
Lease Terms
- The minimum lease term is twelve (12) months
- No short-term leases permitted
Additional Fees
- All residents are responsible for their own electric, telephone, internet, and cable
- Pet rent is $30 per month per pet (max 2 pets)
- Pet deposit is $0
- One time pet fee is $300
- Security deposits are $300 up to one month’s rent
